Francis has several years’ experience of recruiting in the information sector and is now Head of INFOmatch. He has a BA in English and an MA in Arts Administration, and worked in this field for several years. He is also a qualified librarian, with an MSc in Library and Information Studies from Aberystwyth, and he worked in public libraries and for a vendor before training in recruitment. Francis specialises in legal information recruitment, and relishes the whole process of ensuring that candidates are fully prepared for their job search.
