Need an introduction or a refresher on how to research US companies?

CLIG is delighted to welcome Alison Shea, Foreign and International Specialist at the Fordham University School of Law in New York to present a seminar on this topic.
Alison will give an introduction to the types of US companies and provide guidance for finding company information and documents in the US using a variety of sources, including EDGAR.
